Key Responsibilities
As part of the role, you will gain hands-on experience across a variety of business and operational functions, including:
- Handling new client and service enquiries
- Supporting care managers with caseload administration
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities
- Coordinating training arrangements and documentation
- Attending meetings where required
- Liaising professionally with families, staff members, and team leaders
- Supporting general office administration and record management
- Occasionally assisting with out-of-hours operational support when needed
What You Will Learn
Throughout the apprenticeship programme, you will complete a tailored training and assessment plan over approximately 18 months, including end-point assessment.

Entry Requirements
Essential Qualifications
GCSEs (or equivalent) in:
- English – Grade 4/C or above
- Maths – Grade 4/C or above
