Key Responsibilities

As part of the role, you will gain hands-on experience across a variety of business and operational functions, including:

  • Handling new client and service enquiries
  • Supporting care managers with caseload administration
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Coordinating training arrangements and documentation
  • Attending meetings where required
  • Liaising professionally with families, staff members, and team leaders
  • Supporting general office administration and record management
  • Occasionally assisting with out-of-hours operational support when needed

What You Will Learn

Throughout the apprenticeship programme, you will complete a tailored training and assessment plan over approximately 18 months, including end-point assessment.

Entry Requirements

Essential Qualifications

GCSEs (or equivalent) in:

  • English – Grade 4/C or above
  • Maths – Grade 4/C or above
