Key Responsibilities
? Welcoming customers and handling enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
? Assisting with vehicle bookings, contracts, and rental documentation
? Processing payments and updating customer records accurately
? Supporting the management of vehicle availability and scheduling
? Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
? Maintaining office systems, filing, and general administrative duties
? Supporting marketing and promotional activities where required
? Ensuring compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards
What We’re Looking For
? A positive, friendly, and professional manner
? Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
? Good organisational skills and attention to detail
? Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
? A willingness to learn and develop new skills
? Ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment
? GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (preferred but not essential)
A full UK driving licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
