Key Responsibilities Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks Assisting with email marketing campaigns and customer communications Maintaining and updating CRM systems, ensuring accurate customer records Speaking with customers via email and telephone to support enquiries and orders Assisting with arranging and attending customer visits where appropriate Preparing sales documentation, quotes, and reports Managing inbound and outbound communications professionally Supporting business development activities and lead generation Filing, data entry, and general office administration duties A strong interest in business administration, sales, or business development Confident communication skills, both written and verbal A professional and friendly approach when dealing with customers Good organisational skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn and develop new skills Basic IT skills (email, spreadsheets, and CRM systems beneficial but not essential) GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred A Business Administration Apprenticeship qualification Hands-on experience within a growing sales and manufacturing business Full training and ongoing support from experienced team members Exposure to sales, marketing, customer service, and CRM systems Opportunities for progression and permanent employment upon successful completion
