Job Duties
- Candidate Sourcing & Engagement

Proactively source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms

Create and post engaging content on LinkedIn to attract potential candidates

Network with potential talent to build strong candidate pipelines

Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including arranging interviews

Match candidates’ skills, experience, and goals to suitable vacancies
-
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with data protection standards
-
Assist with preparing and issuing contracts, onboarding documents, and new starter packs
-
Handle general queries relating to contracts, pay, compliance, and logistics

Work closely with team members to coordinate recruitment activity and ensure a smooth experience for candidates and clients
Skills Required
